The APC is not a traditional exam with right and wrong answers — it's a multi-factor assessment involving several elements: the assessor responsible for reviewing your submission, your performance in the Interview, how you present your Case Study, and other professional criteria. What I can commit to: I will be with you from the day you enroll until you achieve MRICS membership — with every tool, all the guidance and follow-up that put a first-attempt pass within reach, God willing. And if for any reason you don't pass on the first attempt, I will stay with you until you earn the membership.
The explanations and concepts are in Arabic — because you absorb them faster and deeper in your native language. The technical terminology (Competencies · Variations · FIDIC Clauses · Case Study · Submission Document...) stays in English exactly as it appears in the assessment.
