On a commercial fit-out project I administered the works under a standard form of contract1, issuing instructions and keeping the contract records up to date.

I assessed the contractor's extension of time2 submission against the agreed programme, and set out my assessment in writing together with its effect on liquidated damages3.

before enrolling

The course is designed for professionals pursuing MRICS membership through the Quantity Surveying & Construction APC pathway. It covers the core roles in this field: Cost Control · Commercial · Quantity Surveying · Procurement · Tendering · Contracts · Project Controls.
Access is lifetime — you can come back anytime to revise, or use it as a reference whenever you need. The course is also structured to serve your working life, not just exam preparation — the lessons are organised so you can apply them directly in your day-to-day work.
Two options, both available directly at checkout: $1,999 as a one-time payment, or 4 monthly payments × $549. The instalment total is $2,196 — slightly more than the one-time price, not a discount on it. Either way, access is lifetime, including all future updates.
The APC is not a traditional exam with right and wrong answers — it's a multi-factor assessment involving several elements: the assessor responsible for reviewing your submission, your performance in the Interview, how you present your Case Study, and other professional criteria. What I can commit to: I will be with you from the day you enroll until you achieve MRICS membership — with every tool, all the guidance and follow-up that put a first-attempt pass within reach, God willing. And if for any reason you don't pass on the first attempt, I will stay with you until you earn the membership.
The explanations and concepts are in Arabic — because you absorb them faster and deeper in your native language. The technical terminology (Competencies · Variations · FIDIC Clauses · Case Study · Submission Document...) stays in English exactly as it appears in the assessment. The result: you understand each concept in depth, and you know the English term the examiner will ask you about — combining deep understanding with command of the required terminology.
Yes — you receive a Certificate of Completion from the LeAlmond academy after finishing the full course.
Once before submission means one review of the complete SOE before you submit it. As you go, with every competency means you write a competency and review it with me, then move on to the next — a review with every competency for as long as you're writing, not one batch at the end. That's what the Full Journey package includes.
