A new candidate who wants guidance with the writing
The Submission package is for a candidate who will write it themselves and wants someone to review it with them. You have every source you need — over 100 hours of recorded content, the question bank, and Notion templates with the references and study materials. You won't need any other source. All you have to do is write. When you're done, you send me the files — I go through them and return the edits to you, for the SOE and the Case Study, once before submission. I then approve both as your Counsellor, and you get a Mock Interview once before the interview.
Comprehensive content covering all the Mandatory + Technical/Core Competencies — carefully prepared lectures, split into detailed lessons that are easy to come back to.
A complete question bank covering all the Competencies — a large pool of questions across multiple levels (L1, L2, L3) and different difficulty grades (Easy, Medium, Hard).
For the whole journey, we use Notion as one unified hub for your notes, your questions, and your progress in every Competency.
On a commercial fit-out project I administered the works under a standard form of contract1, issuing instructions and keeping the contract records up to date.
I assessed the contractor's extension of time2 submission against the agreed programme, and set out my assessment in writing together with its effect on liquidated damages3.
I then prepared the interim valuation and the payment notice
All you have to do is write. When your SOE is done, you send me the file — I go through it competency by competency and return the edits written on what you wrote: one full review of the whole SOE, once before submission.
The same for the Case Study: you write it, and when it's ready you send me the file — I go through it section by section and return the edits written beside each part: Key Issues · Options · Approach · Achievements. Once before submission.
